Kalaam Telecom Bahrain, currently a holder of 5 Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (TRA) licenses; National Fixed Telephony, International Services, Value Added Services, ISP and Wi-Fi licenses, announced today the launch of innovative products and services at convenient and cost-effective value for residential and corporate customers.

As part of Kalaam’s mission to offer customers a real alternative to their communications needs, it has introduced extremely advanced communication services at the highest quality and value. Kalaam’s flagship service is its Voice over IP service suitably named Kalaam “Net Talk” allowing any customer to utilize their fast broadband connections to make and receive telephone calls over the internet whilst not compromising on quality.

Due to the opening of the Bahrain market to telecommunications competition and allowing customers more choices, Kalaam has introduced ‘Kalaam Select’ whereby customers can choose Kalaam to be their preferred carrier allowing them to enjoy low cost international calls to any destination.

Customers using both Batelco and MTC mobile phones, can also utilize Kalaam’s “i-Dial” service, by registering and dialing the toll free number 800 12345 prior to making any international call through their mobile phones or landlines and be connected directly through Kalaam’s international network.

‘Kalaam Connect’, another innovative service introduced by ‘Kalaam’, is a Direct Internet Access service; an ideal replacement for ADSL and dial up internet connections for corporate customers.
