How does it work?
Once the application form for the desired wired/wireless ADSL
connection is filled, your request of the specific speed and threshold limit is
processed. The estimated service time is between 5-7 business days ( the
delivery time can vary depending on your location and your package
requirements). The service come with a minimum 12 month contract.
Is there additional equipment that I receive?
Yes. For our KlikADSL wireless service you receive
a CPE (Customer Premises Equipment), which is connected to the PC or Laptop to
surf the internet .
A router is needed for the KlikADSL wired service.
Is there any wired installation involved?
For our KlikADSL wireless service there is no need
for any wired installations or additional equipment at your premises.
For our KlikADSL wired service all the installing
is taken care of by Kalaam.
What sort of a network does Kalaam KlikADSL use?
Kalaam’s KlikADSL (wireless) utilizes an advanced
